Almost two years ago, film maker Yiannis Veslemes also known as a musician and producer with the name Felizol assigned role play's Leonidas to create a website for his dual creative persona. It was just about the time his new album "Parnitha" with Greek lyrics was complete and was more than a good companion to the design process. The web page was rather soon completed (thanks to Argos-born and Weimar-bread Techprolet) but Yiannis still had some content feeding to do. In the meantime, Veslemes started shooting for his first feature film "Norway", Leonidas and Felizol did a 7" record together as part of My Wet Calvin's "Happened Before" project, "Parnitha" became a 2012 classic at our headquarters (only) and Leonidas moved from being a poor and lonely freelancer to the creative direction of a team of such potential as role play (right...).
Time comes around and "Norway" is now almost finished, "Parnitha" has finally been released on Sportex Audio (featuring our 2013 favourite record cover designed by Ifigenia and Vanessa) and - guess what - the official www.veslemesvsfelizol.com has launched! As archival as it gets, this website hosts almost everything Yiannis has ever created as Veslemes, Felizol, Steamcut, Sportex, Afrolex, Lord Byron etc. and aspires to be the home of future projects of this multifaceted personality. Check out the website and also have a look at this saturated video for "Nekro Skiouraki Mallon Xekatharisma Logariasmon" (=Probably Dead Squirrels Reckoning) directly out of "Parnitha".
